@changesets/clito v3 and@changesets/get-github-infoto v1pnpm@11.3.0throughpackageManagerand let CI/release workflows consume itmainChangesets v3 reduces unnecessary dependent-package releases. It requires Node
^22.11 || ^24 || >=26and pnpm>=10, so the root development engines now state those requirements explicitly. Published package runtime support is unchanged.
